Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting union members and veterans with their benefit inquiries. You’ll provide information, guide them through the enrollment process, and offer support to ensure they receive the benefits that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Explain benefit options to members and assist with enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide ongoing support to answer any questions about benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment from home.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • No prior experience required—training provided!
