What You’ll Do as an Online Benefit Specialist:
As an Online Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, explaining their benefits options, and guiding them through the enrollment process—all from your home office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Educating Clients: You will help union members and veterans understand the benefits available to them, clearly explaining their options and answering any questions they may have.
  • Guiding the Enrollment Process: You will walk clients through each step of the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is provided and forms are completed accurately.
  • Building Relationships: Through virtual meetings (primarily on Zoom), you will establish trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decisions.
  • Providing Ongoing Support: After enrollment, you will continue to be a resource for clients, assisting with any follow-up questions or concerns they might have about their benefits.
  • Collaborating with the Team: You will work closely with your team, sharing insights and updates to ensure everyone is aligned and providing the best service possible.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong Communicators: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with clients through virtual platforms.
  • Relationship Builders: A genuine interest in helping people and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients are essential.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You should be able to manage multiple client cases at once and keep track of important details and deadlines.
  • Self-Motivated: Since this is a remote position, the ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks is key.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology and virtual tools (like Zoom) is important to succeed in this role.
Qualifications:
  • No previous experience required! We provide full training for the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to engage in a team setting.
  • Must be high energy and self-disciplined to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using virtual tools and technology (Zoom, email, etc.)
