Job Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their benefits, assess their situations needs, and review recommended appropriate life insurance products.
- Education and Advising: Provide clients with clear information about policy options, benefits, and terms, helping them understand the implications and benefits of different types of life insurance.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates about their policies. Follow up on leads and referrals to grow the client base.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and financial transactions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and new regulations to provide the best advice and service to clients.
- Claims Assistance: Help clients or beneficiaries with the claims process, ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to in a timely manner.
