Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist, you will guide union members and veterans through the process of understanding and enrolling in benefits. No previous experience is required—we provide full training! This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from home while helping others secure their future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist clients in understanding the benefits available to them.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate completion of forms.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients to address their specific needs.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to improve client experiences and meet daily goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
